Welcome to Ålsten Montessori Preschool. Our preschool is an independent facility located in a spacious villa from the 1920s with a lovely garden. From the preschool, it is close to the waters and green areas of Lake Mälaren, as well as the Nockebybanan tram line.
We put the children at the center, and our diverse activities create opportunities for every child to develop and find their interests. Our operations are based on Montessori pedagogy and the Swedish National Agency for Education's curriculum for the preschool (Lpfö 18).
There are 35 children on the preschool, divided into two departments: Pärlan (ages 1–3) and Rosa Tornet (ages 3–5).
We are looking for someone who wants to work with our youngest children, is eager to engage, and wishes to continue developing the high pedagogical level according to Montessori pedagogy and Lpfö 18.
