We are looking for a new star for our store in Helsingborg

We are now looking for a new employee for our store in Helsingborg. Here, you will become an important part of a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in laundry and textile care.

The role involves receiving customers, registering orders, handling incoming and outgoing garments, and helping to maintain order and structure in daily operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and hand out customers' garments
• Register orders in the cash register system
• Handle customer inquiries and simple complaints
• Sort and handle incoming/outgoing laundry
• Maintain order in the store and work areas
• Collaborate with colleagues and production

About the role

At times, you will work independently in the store and be responsible for daily operations. During other periods, you will work together with permanent staff depending on the season and workload.

We are looking for someone who

• Is service-oriented and confident in customer interactions
• Is responsible and self-motivated
• Is meticulous and organized
• Can handle a sometimes fast-paced environment
• Has good Swedish language skills (both spoken and written)
• Has experience from retail, service, or customer contact (preferred)
