We are currently looking for a service-oriented and meticulous administrator for a consulting assignment with our client, a law firm in central Stockholm. Here you are offered a varied role with significant personal responsibility, where you become an important part of the daily operations and work closely with lawyers. The assignment starts immediately and suits you if you thrive in an independent role with many contact points.

The Role of Administrator

In the role of administrator, you are responsible for well-being while simultaneously acting as an important administrative support to the firm's lawyers. You have a broad role with varying tasks and significant personal responsibility, where you independently drive your work forward.

You work in a communicative role with many contact points and are expected to handle your work with precision and integrity, especially since the tasks require a good understanding of confidentiality.

Examples of Tasks
  • Telephone, email, and mail handling
  • Invoicing and some economic administration
  • Administrative support to lawyers
  • Filing and handling of case files
  • Rental administration
  • Obtaining quotations
Your Background, Experience, and Competence

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in administrative work, preferably in a similar role
  • Experience in rental administration
  • Knowledge of Vitec
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are service-oriented, flexible, and responsible. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and thrive in a role where you take great ownership and are helpful where needed.

What We Offer

You are offered a consulting assignment starting immediately, where you get the opportunity to work in a varied and independent role at a law firm in central Stockholm.

Good to Know

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 13:00 to 16:00 and Fridays from 09:00 to 16:00. The position is located at the client's office in central Stockholm.
