Finance and Administration Manager with Sales Support

ASKIM, GOTHENBURG · FULL-TIME · FINANCE, ORDER FLOW AND BUSINESS SUPPORT

LEAF is looking for an experienced and structured Finance and Administration Manager who wants to take broad, independent responsibility in a smaller specialist company within the defense and security sector.

This is the role for you if you thrive when finance, administration, and business operations are interconnected — from quotation and order to invoicing, delivery, and follow-up. You will work closely with the CEO, benefit from short decision-making paths, and have good insight into the business.

THE ROLE

You have broad responsibility for the company's ongoing finance, administration, and business support. You work in Visma and are simultaneously an important part of the order flow: preparing quotations, sending order acknowledgments, invoicing, and keeping track of prices, customer data, and deliveries. You report to the CEO and are empowered to develop routines and working methods.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Finance: ongoing bookkeeping, account reconciliations, customer and supplier ledgers, invoicing, payment follow-up, supporting materials for annual accounts, budgeting, and reporting, payroll administration, and tax declarations.

Sales Support & Order Administration: quotations, order acknowledgments, price updates in Visma, follow-up on order status and deliveries, as well as ongoing contact with customers, distributors, and suppliers.

Marketing: planning of marketing activities, booking of trade fairs and advertisements, and creation of marketing materials.

Logistics & Webshop: support in inventory monitoring, stocktaking, dispatches, and order flows.

Compliance & Reporting: customs and export documentation, certificates, ISO-related routines, and reporting to SCB, the Swedish Chemicals Agency, and the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS

  • Experience with ongoing bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial administration.
  • Experience working in business systems, preferably Visma.
  • Understanding of order flows, ledgers, and customer administration.
  • Ability to create structure, follow up on details, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, professionally in both speech and writing.
  • Integrity, precision, and a solution-oriented approach to work.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Post-secondary education in finance (vocational college or university).
  • Experience with annual accounts work and digital invoice flows.
  • Experience from smaller, owner-managed companies.
  • Customs handling, import/export, or government reporting.
  • Familiarity with the public sector, LOU/LUFS, or security-related operations.
  • ISO management or document control.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Location: Sisjö, Gothenburg

Employment: Full-time, possibly Part-time, permanent, six-month probation period

Start Date: As soon as possible, by agreement

Reporting to: CEO
