Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer.

What You Will Work On

• Develop and implement integrations between e-commerce systems and promotion/rules engines.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices.
• Support stable and reliable production deployments.
• Work with microservices-based architectures and cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and share key learnings with the team.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployment automation.
• Support scalable and secure backend solution development.

What You Bring

• Senior-level experience in backend software development.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JUnit and automated testing practices.
• Strong knowledge of Maven and dependency management.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices architectures.
• Experience working with Azure cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to write scalable, maintainable, and production-ready code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional development teams.
