LSS-Partner AB is a company working for individuals with personal assistance needs. We act as the formal employer for assistants, offer training services, and provide advice and support to supervisors and assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have signed the applicable collective agreement.
We are looking for a temporary substitute assistant for an 81-year-old woman in Lindome, primarily for day shifts.
Experience with electric wheelchairs, lifting equipment, and ventilators is advantageous. Interest in gardening is also desirable as the client grows vegetables. They also have a parrot as a pet.
Personal chemistry is crucial for any employment.
