About the Customer

The customer is a woman with an MS-like neurological disease and a physical disability. She lives in the beautiful nature of Ljusterö and leads an active life together with her adult children.

She enjoys nature, gardening, flowers, and restaurant visits. The customer is studying Swedish (SFI) and would like to practice the language at home in her daily life.

The customer uses a wheelchair and needs active support in daily life. She has difficulty expressing her needs herself, but is fully mentally alert. Therefore, it is important that you are attentive, engaged, and help her by asking questions such as:

• ”Do you want to go out?”
• ”Do you need to drink?”
• ”Shall we wash?”

Responsibilities

• Help with transfers and personal hygiene
• Support with daily household chores
• Support in communication and expressing needs
• Activities outside the home
• Exercise and light massage
• Handling of breathing mask and cough assist device

Key Aspects of the Role

You need to be active and attentive to the customer's needs. Attentiveness, flexibility, and initiative are very important qualities. You will work closely with the customer in her daily life.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is:

• Serious, responsible, and engaged
• Flexible and available when needed
• Attentive and empathetic
• Physically capable of practical care work
• Truly wants to work and make a difference

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant
• Driver’s license (prioritized in selection)
• Experience in personal assistance or care work

Female applicants are requested according to the customer's wishes.

Fixed-term contract (Vacancy)

Working Hours

• Day/Evening: 08:00–21:00
• Night: 21:00–08:00 (Awake night shift)
