I am looking for a personal assistant at approximately 75% to join my team. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, weekends, and occasionally overnight shifts. Is this the job for you?

About me
I am a 14-year-old girl living in Rönninge and attending school in Fruängen. I am cheerful, social, and full of energy. Horses, fashion, and music are major interests in my life – I enjoy riding, listening to music, and being around where things are happening.

I need support with communication and mobility, and you will become an important part of my training with assistive devices and my active daily life. The pace can vary from high energy to calmer days, so it is important that you feel comfortable in both scenarios. You will also help me assert myself and interpret my needs, so that others understand what I want and mean. I am engaged in children's and young people's rights within the disability sector and occasionally participate in events such as Almedalen, where I meet with politicians.

As an assistant, you are with me both at home and at school, supporting me in daily life – from schoolwork and training to leisure activities and interests. The relationship is important, which is why I am looking for someone who sees this as a long-term position.

About you
You are a woman with previous experience in personal assistance and feel confident in the role. You are proactive, responsible, and reliable. You have patience, humor, and energy, enjoy an active lifestyle, and can also be calm and present when the pace is slower. The work is physical and involves mobility assistance and training with assistive devices, so good physical fitness is required. It is an advantage if you live near Rönninge or Fruängen.

The position is for approximately 75%. If needed, we would appreciate it if you could take extra shifts. The role also includes a shared staffing responsibility, with a separate contract and additional compensation.
