Customer Service Coordinator – Winter Season 2026–27

Do you want to be part of something unique this winter? At Colmis in Arjeplog, you will become an important part of our customers' experience and daily life during the winter season. We are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator for the 2026–27 season, and we think it could be you!

Colmis is a winter testing facility for the automotive industry where we host customers from all over the world every winter. About the role

As a Customer Service Coordinator with us, you are often the first person our customers and visitors meet on-site; here, we set the tone for their entire stay.

You will work in a small team responsible for customer reception, administration, and daily service related to the operations. The work is varied and includes among other things:

• Receiving and assisting customers and visitors
• Handling bookings, transport, and simpler administrative tasks
• Registering customers and managing access cards
• Providing information about the facility, safety, and procedures
• Ensuring our premises and conference rooms maintain high standards

No day is like the other; the role is varied, and you will quickly become a natural part of both the team and the daily operations.

We are looking for you who

• Are service-oriented and enjoy meeting people
• Are structured and good at keeping things organized
• Are comfortable speaking and writing both Swedish and English
• Have good computer skills and feel comfortable in administrative systems
• Have at least a B-driver's license, as Colmis is located 7 km outside Arjeplog town center

Previous experience in service, administration, additional languages, and international customer contacts are meritorious, but the most important factor is your attitude.
