About the role
We are looking for an engaged and responsible property administrator for a small portfolio of properties. In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing management of residential and/or commercial properties, with a focus on operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial monitoring. You will serve as a key contact person for both tenants and external suppliers, working to ensure well-maintained, secure, and cost-effective properties.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as reporting defects, rent matters, contract follow-up, and supervision.
- Budget and financial work, including monthly follow-ups, cost control, and proposals for improvements to optimize operational economy.
- Inspections and supervision of properties, as well as documentation of deficiencies and corrective actions.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants, handle complaints, and contribute to high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that occupational health and safety procedures are followed, and participate in fire safety and security work.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management or as a property administrator, preferably with responsibility for smaller property portfolios.
- Previous experience with the software Hogia is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance work, contract management, and financial follow-up.
- Ability to read drawings and technical documentation is considered an advantage.
- Good computer skills and experience with management or financial systems.
- A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
- Experience in tenant relations and customer service is considered an advantage.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Employment conditions
- Employment type: Initially part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
- Working hours: Daytime hours; occasional evening or on-call duties may occur.
- Location: Centrally located office in Eskilstuna.
- Other: Collective agreement, occupational pension, and insurance according to company policy.
