Hello!

We are now looking for a new assistant for our wonderful 12-year-old during weekday evenings (14:30–21:30) and every other weekend. The weekend hours can be influenced by you as an assistant, and we will agree on what suits best.

We see it as a big plus if you are also flexible and can work extra when needed, sometimes during daytime on weekdays.

You need to be warm, curious, responsible, and willing to help create safety, joy, and development in a young boy's life. As an assistant, you will accompany the boy and his family to activities and act as his advocate and voice to the outside world.

Our 12-year-old is a boy who likes music and vehicles, but also appreciates quiet moments – for example, chilling on the sofa with a blanket and a movie.

It is important that you, as an assistant, can read his needs and find a good balance between activity and rest.

We work long-term and with continuity, so you should view this job as a long-term commitment to provide extra security for our boy.

Having a B driver's license is a requirement, and we are primarily looking for someone over 25 years old. Experience with epilepsy is a big plus, but not a requirement.

• God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness benefit of up to 4,000 SEK/year.
• We will require a copy of a passport (SV) or residence permit (EU) or residence and work permit/LMA card (non-EU) before employment.
• According to the Register Control Act, anyone working with minors must present an extract from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment. You can find the form HERE (#). You order the register extract yourself, preferably before the interview.
