At Attendo, we are now looking for a care assistant for Attendo home care in Ängelholm. We are currently a small employee group of approximately 13 permanent staff and about 100 customers, where we now see a need to expand our employee group with two permanent positions. The operations are located in central Ängelholm.

About the role

As a care assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, colleagues, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Care assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a care assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer literacy

Merits:

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience with delegation.
• Class B driver's license.
