About the role Do you want to help drive daily operations forward? We are now looking for an administrator for our glazing workshop in Växjö.

Here, you will become an important part of an engaged team of skilled and driven colleagues who all share a genuine interest in glass. You will act as a key link between our customers and our glaziers, with many touchpoints where collaboration and team spirit are in focus.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for our administrative processes. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly by registering work orders, handling orders, and working with invoicing. Your work is crucial for us to deliver high quality in every assignment.

You maintain close dialogue with our customers and handle cases via phone, email, portals, and SMS. The role also includes counter sales, where you meet customers with a professional, solution-oriented, and friendly attitude.

Here you are offered a varied day-to-day life in a role where you truly make a difference. The position is full-time with working hours between 07:00–16:00.

Your profile

Are you technically interested and a service-oriented person? Do you want to work in a role with varied tasks? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

To be considered for the position, we primarily look for you to have at least five years of experience in administration, accounting, or similar fields. We also look for you to:

• Be service-oriented and have an easy time collaborating and building relationships
• Have experience working in business systems or order management systems
• Be structured and proactive
• Have a strong technical interest
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
• Be computer literate with knowledge of the Office suite

Merits include previous experience with occupational health and safety issues, as well as experience with the business system Entré or Entré Portal.
