About the job
As a Customer Service Representative at Manpower, you work on assignment for an established company that supplies the healthcare sector with medical materials, equipment, and readiness. In this role, you are a key contact point for customers and are responsible for providing professional, secure, and service-oriented support via phone and email.

You handle incoming cases, questions, and orders, as well as working administratively in internal systems. The role requires you to be structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working at a sometimes high pace, while always keeping the customer in focus. You collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure good service and a smooth customer flow.

Examples of tasks:

• Provide professional customer service via phone and email
• Handle incoming customer cases and questions
• Administer orders and cases in internal systems
• Ensure a positive, secure, and service-oriented customer interaction
• Work structured and efficiently in a period of high tempo
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high quality in customer service

Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, communicative, and confident in customer dialogue. You have good administrative skills, work in a structured manner, and are accustomed to handling several tasks in parallel. You thrive in a role where you can combine customer contact with administration, where quality and professionalism are key words.

We look for you to have:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good phone experience and confidence in customer dialogue via phone
• Good computer skills and ability to work in multiple systems
• Ability to work in a structured and administrative manner
• A service-oriented and professional attitude

Merits:

• Experience in customer service, support, or other service-oriented roles
• Experience in order processing or administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of English
• Previous work in a call center or customer service environment
