About the position

We at Bonzi are looking for a new employee who wants to work as a personal assistant on a part-time basis, approx. 40%, on weekdays between 07:00–12:00 for our child client living in Kista.

We are looking for you who have experience working as a personal assistant or within care and social services. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with children with special needs and have an understanding of their daily life and needs.

The girl's relatives wish for female assistants only for this assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals.
• Accompany the child to school on weekdays between 08:00–11:00.
• Lifting may occur during transfers.

The position involves work shifts scheduled as follows:

• 07:00–12:00 weekdays Monday to Friday.

About the client

We are looking for a personal assistant for a young school-age child with extensive disabilities and epilepsy. The client needs support and help in all parts of daily life, both at home and during school hours, where you as an assistant accompany and provide support.

The child is non-verbal and has limited mobility, which means a great need for care, presence, and security in daily life.

He requires several aids such as tube feeding, a cough machine, a breathing mask, and a manual wheelchair, and your support is an important part of creating a safe, stable, and pleasant daily life where his needs are met with warmth, respect, and presence.

• Previous experience working with children with special needs.

Requirements:

• Non-smoker.
• Experience working as a personal assistant or within care and social services.

Scope: 1 part-time position approx. 40% Monday to Friday.

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before applying:

Since the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of no criminal record (extract from the criminal record register). From March 1, 2026, new rules apply meaning that the register check includes both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
