Labour Market Consultant at Manpower Matchning in Gävle!

We have a need for a full-time position starting this summer.

Your background:

Our client requires specific qualifications to be allowed to work in the position. You have a university degree in the field of working life, organization and personnel work, behavioral science, occupational therapy, study and career guidance, social work, or other education deemed relevant. You have at least 2 years of work experience, and preferably experience from transition work/career guidance for job seekers, but you may also have worked with recruitment/leadership/personnel issues or other related fields.

Alternatively, you have at least 1 year of post-secondary education, and you then need to have at least 3 years of work experience from the aforementioned tasks. You have the ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage. We would like you to have a broad network, or the willingness to create a broad network of business contacts and partners. We believe you have the ability to think solution-oriented and find new ways.
