The position is approximately 70% of a full-time role, with shifts scheduled during daytime, evening hours, and every other weekend.

We are also looking for temporary substitutes who can step in when needed.

The person you will be assisting has a disability and autism, and leads an active and social life with several interests. Music, exercise, outings, and various activities are an important part of daily life. As a personal assistant, you will be a key support in creating security, inclusion, and a functional daily routine.

The work involves accompanying the person to activities outside the home and providing support in daily routines.

Tasks:

• Support in daily routines and household chores
• Assistance with personal care, dressing/undressing, and meals
• Practical support at home and during activities
• Mobility assistance and some physical support may be required

The part-time shifts are scheduled as follows:

• 11:00–18:00 on weekdays
• 15:00–21:00 on weekdays
• 09:00–18:00 every other weekend
• 12:00–09:00 every other weekend (overnight)

About you:

We are looking for someone who is engaged, empathetic, and enjoys working with people. You are responsible, flexible, and able to collaborate with others, as the work is sometimes done in conjunction with colleagues.

The work involves manual transfers, which requires good physical fitness. It is also important that you are not allergic to fur-bearing animals, as there are cats in the home.

Scope: 1 part-time position at approx. 70%. 2 temporary substitute positions as needed.

Start date: Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to the fact that the position may involve working alone, night shifts, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
