About Snyggatorpsskolan
Snyggatorpsskolan is a secondary school (grades 7-9) located in central Klippan, with approximately 500 students. The school is easily accessible by both train and car. Around 60 people work at the school, including teachers, administrative staff, and student health services. In 2024, the school concluded a successful collaboration with the Swedish National Agency for Education under the "Collaboration for the Best School" initiative, which yielded positive results and continues today. An adapted primary school is located in adjacent premises.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group instruction in Swedish outside the classroom.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and analyze students' needs.
- Plan and collaborate regularly with Swedish teachers to ensure a coherent thread between classroom teaching and the support measures you implement.
- Work with adaptations and pedagogical strategies that help students achieve learning goals.
- Monitor and document student development, and contribute to student health services as needed.
Qualifications
- Licensed teacher in Swedish with eligibility for secondary school (grades 7-9).
- Special education teacher education (Speciallärarutbildning).
- Experience working with students in need of support, preferably in special education contexts.
- Strong collaborative skills and confidence in working closely with subject teachers.
- Ability to create clear structures and individualized strategies.
Employment Conditions
