We are now looking for an experienced Project Communicator with media and communication expertise to help a larger IT and change management program deliver the right message – simply, clearly, and engagingly.
This role is perfect for you if you thrive at the intersection of communication, technology, and change management, and enjoy making complex information easy to understand for various audiences.
About the assignmentYou will work within a large SAP program with a focus on internal communication and change support.
The work involves:
Creating and publishing content for the intranet and internal Teams channels.
Producing text, graphics, and simpler visual materials.
Editing short films and communication videos.
Planning and conducting digital and physical information meetings.
Ensuring that messages reach different stakeholders clearly.
You will become a key person in making program communication understandable, consistent, and visually appealing.
We are looking for someone who has6+ years of experience in project communication or internal communication.
Experience with IT/change projects.
Excellent ability to write and structure messages.
A good sense for graphic design and visual communication.
Experience producing media and video.
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe InDesign
Canva
Post-secondary education in media, communication, or equivalent (e.g., YH/KY).
Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Start: May 25, 2026
End: March 31, 2027
Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Malmö
Hybrid: Approx. 50% on-site / 50% remote
