Climate Adaptation North at Ramboll is growing!

We are currently looking for more employees for our Climate Adaptation North group, whether you are a recent graduate or have a few years of work experience. Depending on your background and experience, your role will be tailored accordingly. Your new work group

You will be part of the Climate Adaptation unit in Luleå, Skellefteå, or Umeå. Climate Adaptation consists of approximately 45 consultants represented in Stockholm, Malmö, Helsingborg, Kalmar, Luleå, and Skellefteå. Our units within Climate Adaptation have competencies in, among other things, investigation and design of blue-green solutions, hydraulic modeling, and flood management. We also have close collaboration with the rest of Ramboll in Sweden and globally. • Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D or GIS is an advantage.

As a Water and Stormwater Consultant, you will analyze stormwater flows, flood risks, and water and sewerage systems, and develop solutions that strengthen society's resilience to a changing climate. You will collaborate with other engineers within landscape architecture, land and road design, geotechnics, hydrogeology, and environment. Examples of tasks within assignments may include:

• Work on stormwater and water/sewerage investigations with a focus on climate adaptation.
• Analyze flood risks, flooding issues, and future climate impacts.
• Develop solutions for robust and resilient communities.
• Contribute to sustainable urban development through innovative stormwater management.
• Assess impacts on recipients and the environment in connection with development.
• Collaborate with municipalities, developers, and project groups in urban planning projects.
• Work with green and nature-based solutions for sustainable stormwater management.
