We are now looking for a Supported Housing Assistant to join our team. Here you will find meaningful work where you make a difference every day.

Employment and Terms

Hours: 2–4 days/week
Working hours: 08:00–16:00 (hours may vary depending on needs)
Employment type: Hourly position
Workplace: You will be based at our office in Täby and work in clients' homes.

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

At our company, you will work closely with individuals in their homes and daily lives, providing support based on individual needs:

• Structure in daily life – Support in planning, routines, and daily organization
• Home support – Assistance with simpler household chores and practical tasks
• Motivating conversations – Create security, trust, and support in change processes
• Social & practical support – Accompany clients during contacts with healthcare, authorities, and other agencies
• Promote independence – Support the individual in reaching their goals and increasing their own capabilities

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to work on strengthening people's independence and quality of life. You have a professional and respectful approach and thrive in a role where relationships and the individual's needs are at the center.

We would like you to have:

• Education and experience (meritorious) – Nurse assistant or equivalent, as well as experience working in areas such as supported housing or psychiatry
• Communication and documentation – Good Swedish in speech and writing, as well as the ability to document professionally
• Category B driving license – You are a confident and experienced driver
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – You can communicate clearly and document correctly
• Good spoken Spanish (meritorious) – Good knowledge of Spanish is seen as an asset in the work.
• Supportive working method – A supportive and pedagogical working method that promotes independence
