Are you available immediately and want to take responsibility for ensuring order information is correct from the very first step? In this role, you will combine careful administrative work with system troubleshooting, playing a key part in keeping the logistics flow running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a full-time consultant position starting immediately, initially lasting until the turn of the year. There are good opportunities for extension. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site.

💼 Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator, you will work the night shift and be responsible for ensuring order data flows correctly between two internal systems. You will monitor data, identify why orders fail to process, and correct issues such as incorrect postal codes or missing information. You will receive Excel files via email, upload them to the systems, and review which rows have error codes. Orders that get stuck in the system will be checked manually and adjusted until the flow works.
The work is administrative, meticulous, and resembles classic order administration with a focus on logic and data quality. At the end of each shift, you will provide a written handover to the morning team.
You will receive onboarding covering routines, systems, and working methods before working independently. The working hours follow a rotating schedule including day, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Check and correct order data in two systems
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and handle error codes
- Upload and review Excel files with shipments
- Manually check orders that get stuck in the system
- Provide written handovers to the morning team
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience in customer service and/or administration
- Fluent Swedish skills in both spoken and written form
You thrive in a role where you analyze, check, and ensure information is correct. You work methodically, follow processes, and enjoy digging into why an order failed to pass through the system. You are confident in making independent decisions and working autonomously during the night, while communicating clearly with the next shift through structured handovers. This role suits you if you appreciate order, responsibility, and problem-solving in an administrative flow.
