Climate Adaptation North at Ramboll is growing!

We are currently looking for more employees for our group Climate Adaptation North, whether you are a recent graduate or have a few years of work experience. Depending on your background and experience, your role will be tailored to you. Your new work group

You will be part of the Climate Adaptation unit in Luleå, Skellefteå, or Umeå. Climate Adaptation consists of approximately 45 consultants represented in Stockholm, Malmö, Helsingborg, Kalmar, Luleå, and Skellefteå. Our units within Climate Adaptation have competencies in, among other things, investigation and design of blue-green solutions, hydraulic modeling, and stormwater management. We also have close cooperation with the rest of Ramboll in Sweden and globally. At Ramboll, we work with clients who, like us, have high sustainability goals, and we always propose a more sustainable solution.

As a consultant in climate adaptation, you will lead assignments such as climate risk and vulnerability analyses, climate adaptation action plans, and CO2 emission calculations. You will collaborate with other Ramboll engineers as well as external stakeholders.

We act as advisors to our clients in climate adaptation, and we want you to contribute to finding innovative solutions for our clients. Together with you, we ensure that Ramboll stays at the forefront of climate adaptation and the creation of sustainable societies.
