Then you could be our next Inside Sales Representative at Prominent.

As an Inside Sales Representative here, you are more than an administrative function – you are an active part of our sales team. You drive business forward by following up on leads, initiating customer dialogues, and ensuring that opportunities actually become deals.

You work both reactively and proactively:

• Handling incoming inquiries

• Following up on quotations

• Driving campaigns and customer processing via phone and digital channels

You are a hub between the customer, technology, and sales – and play a key role in developing our customer relationships and our business.

Your Mission

• Receive and handle customer inquiries

• Develop technical solutions and quotations

• Follow up on quotations and actively drive deals to closure

• Drive campaigns and customer processing via phone

• Identify new business opportunities within the existing customer base

• Register orders in SAP and ensure correct delivery

• Work structured in CRM and keep the pipeline updated

• Be the first point of contact for simpler technical questions

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in inside sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing role

• Likes to sell – and follows up until it becomes a deal

• Is comfortable contacting customers via phone

• Has a technical interest and enjoys understanding solutions

• Is structured and drives their work forward independently

• Communicates clearly in Swedish/Scandinavian languages and English

• Has experience with CRM and preferably SAP

To succeed in the role, you need to

• Enjoy a fast pace and multiple parallel dialogues

• Have the ability to combine structure with drive

• Dare to take initiative and follow up – again and again
