We are looking for a Project Communicator (IT) with media and communication expertise for a company in Malmö. Start is ASAP, initially for a 10-month fixed-term assignment. This role is hybrid and can be performed 50% on-site in Malmö and 50% remotely.

We are seeking a Project Communicator (IT) with media and communication expertise with a focus on digital tools and the ability to create simple and clear messages for end-users.

The Assignment:

The work involves supporting a company-wide SAP program with media and text materials on the company intranet as well as on program-specific team channels. You will be involved in creating and producing materials and editing videos. The role also includes planning and participating in meetings (large gatherings) both digitally and physically, where information is shared with stakeholders inside and outside the program.

The work may involve travel if information meetings are planned at one of the client's offices in the country.

• Text materials and graphics may also be in the form of printed material or other digital file formats.
• Strong skills in graphic presentation and text compilation.
• Languages: Swedish and English.
• Experience with the following software or similar: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Canva.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education such as YH/KY or similar, or another non-advanced degree in Media & Communication.

Experience: 6+ years

• Experience with project communication to employees.
• Good experience with text & media.

This role requires fluent knowledge of Swedish and English.

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Malmö. Start is ASAP, initially for a 10-month fixed-term assignment. This role is hybrid and can be performed 50% on-site in Malmö and 50% remotely.
