About the job:

Inkludera Assistans is looking for a female personal assistant, aged 30 or older, for a 32-year-old woman in Uddevalla. The client has autism and epilepsy, and is a happy and active person who enjoys bathing, going for walks, playing games, beading, and using her iPad.

She participates in daytime activities on weekdays, which means working hours are primarily scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

As an assistant, you are a personal support in the client's daily life. The work involves creating security, structure, and participation both at home and during activities. You provide support with personal care, daily chores, and communication. It is important that you are present, empathetic, and patient.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a woman aged 30 or older (as per the client's preference)
• Is calm, responsible, and treats others with respect
• Speaks and understands Swedish fluently
• Has good teamwork skills but can also work independently

Qualifications that are an advantage:

• Experience working with people with autism and/or epilepsy
• Education as a nursing assistant or other healthcare experience

About the employment:

• Working hours: Varying – days, evenings, and weekends
• Start date: According to agreement
