Customer Account Manager / Business Developer at Kunskapsgruppen Yrkeshögskola

Kunskapsgruppen Yrkeshögskola is now looking for a relationship-building business contact who wants to help us develop future vocational higher education programs through close dialogue with working life.

About the role

In this role, you will primarily work with contacting companies and creating engagement around our education programs and applications. A large part of the work is done via phone, where you build relationships with companies and collect letters of intent and supporting materials that strengthen our vocational education (YH) applications.

Therefore, you need to enjoy proactive work, making the first contact, and conducting professional conversations with people from various industries and roles.

This role suits you if you are social, structured, and genuinely enjoy creating new contacts and building trust over time.

Responsibilities

  • Contact companies via phone, email, and Teams
  • Build and develop relationships with companies and industry representatives
  • Collect letters of intent prior to education applications
  • Follow up on dialogues and document work in the CRM system
  • Provide information regarding companies' competence needs
  • Participate in networking meetings and company activities as needed
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the YH team

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in sales, customer contact, or relationship-building work
  • Enjoys working extensively over the phone
  • Is confident in reaching out to new people
  • Communicates professionally, warmly, and trustworthily
  • Is structured and accustomed to following up on your work
  • Has strong administrative skills
  • Thrives in a smaller organization where teamwork is key

It is an advantage if you have experience in B2B sales, recruitment, account management, or other proactive activities.
