I am a woman in my 50s living in Skarpnäck with my cats. As I use a wheelchair, I need support in my daily life through personal assistants.

I speak fluently and can therefore instruct my assistants on what help I need.

We are looking for you who are responsible, caring, flexible, and want to work as a personal assistant for me! The ideal candidate should be a woman between 35–55 years old. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement. It is a big plus if you share my interests in flea markets, cats, flowers, crafts, and baking.

Experience is not a requirement but is advantageous. The most important thing is that our personal chemistry works.

The tasks vary but may include help with practical chores, personal hygiene (e.g., showering, stoma care, etc.), meals, medication management, and leisure activities.

The position is on an as-needed basis. Typical working hours are between 8-15 or 15-21 with double staffing. Night shifts with active hours may occur.

• Assist me with daily activities such as dressing/undressing, personal hygiene, and meal assistance

• Experience in healthcare/care or as a personal assistant is advantageous but not required

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at SAAND Assistans is that you, as the applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

According to legislation, we as employers must request a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority for all employees who will work as personal assistants for a child under 18. To ensure security for our clients at SAAND Assistans, we obtain extracts from the criminal record register for all those we employ. Therefore, you will need to present a certificate from the police criminal record register prior to any potential employment.
