I am a 40-year-old man with developmental disabilities, epilepsy, and physical disabilities. I need assistance with all aspects of my daily life to live a good life. I live in a ground-floor apartment in a quiet area near the center of Örkelljunga. I enjoy taking wheelchair outings and walking training with my walker. Three days a week, I attend day activities, and my personal assistant accompanies me there. I enjoy singing and music, and I ride horses one day a week.

We are looking for a temporary substitute who can work on an as-needed basis. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Education and experience are meritorious.

Working hours:

• 08:45–08:45 (24-hour shift)
• 08:30–16:45 (day shift)
• 16:45–09:00 (evening/night shift)

The ideal candidate should:

• Have great patience and a positive outlook on life.
• Be able to interpret my signals and assist me effectively, despite my inability to verbally communicate what I want and need.
• Be easy to collaborate with my other assistants.
• Be a non-smoker.
• Not be allergic to horses.
• Be calm and responsible.
• Be independent and able to work alone with me.
• Be physically strong.
• Be able to help with all common household tasks, such as cleaning and cooking.
• Enjoy being outdoors regardless of the weather.
