About the role

We are looking for you who, together with us, want to continue making our preschool even better! At our preschool, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Through joint collegial reflections, we meet each other's thoughts and grow in our profession.

For us, it is important that you, who want to work as a childcare worker at Pysslingen Preschools, feel curiosity about your assignment. A day at the preschool is filled with meaningful meetings between children and educators, and every meeting is part of the child's security, development, and learning. Therefore, we want to take advantage of this to make the preschool safe, educational, and joyful for everyone.

As a childcare worker with us, we want you to see how different children learn in different ways, and have the ability to get children to learn in all daily situations, as well as challenge them through play and fantasy where they are. You should have an engagement in your assignment and the ability to create relationships with both children and guardians.

Practical requirements

• Have completed a childcare education (upper secondary or adult education)
• Can work with digital tools
• Are confident in the preschool's steering documents
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language and express yourself well in speech and writing
