About NTG Logistics
NTG Logistics AB is a growing third-party logistics company with seven large warehouse units in northern Scania, one in the Borås area, and one in Kungälv. We handle thousands of orders daily for our customers – everything from international corporations to rapidly growing e-commerce businesses. With over 65 years of experience, we build long-term relationships through attentiveness, flexibility, and proximity. What do we offer?
We offer a broad and varied role at the heart of our operations – the administration department.
The department includes customer service, traffic, finance, sales, IT, and security. This position is a key role in a small team where you will become a vital support to several functions. You will work closely with colleagues with different expertise and develop as the company grows. No day is the same as the other – but with us, you always know you are making a difference.
Your main responsibilities
You will work broadly within two areas:
1. Customer Service and Support
- Handle incoming inquiries from our customers.
- Provide quick and clear answers regarding order status, deliveries, and products.
- Act as a link between the customer and warehouse staff.
- Work in our WMS, Ongoing.
- Register and follow up on complaint cases.
2. Traffic and Transport Bookings
- Book transports (domestic and international).
- Follow up on shipments and act as the contact person for carriers.
- Handle customs invoices and answer simpler questions regarding customs clearance.
- Work in our TA-system and, in some cases, customers' and suppliers' external systems.
Qualifications (Requirements)
- At least 2 years of work experience in administration or customer service.
- Experience working with transport bookings and customer contact.
- Good system proficiency – especially in the Office package (primarily Excel).
- Experience with a TA-system.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Very good structure and a sense of order.
Merits
- Experience from TA-Systems.
- Experience with WMS (preferably Ongoing).
- Experience with business systems (e.g., Axapta, Business Central).
- Post-secondary education in logistics.
