About the role
As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven Kronprinsen, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where your main responsibility is to ensure that the gym is in top condition and that members receive the best possible experience.

You will be part of the Kronprinsen cluster and work at the facilities Kronprinsen, Dammfri, Lorensborg, and Västra Hamnen. This is a full-time position, with working hours Monday to Thursday 11:00–19:00 and Friday 08:00–15:30. The desired start date is immediate.

In your role as Gym Coordinator, your main tasks will include:

• Ensuring the gym is clean, tidy, and functioning well through daily checks and actions.
• Handling service issues and independently performing minor repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
• Conducting safety checks according to established routines and checklists.
• Reporting major repairs.
• Conducting member rounds, which includes returning weights, replenishing materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
• Inventorying consumables and placing orders as needed.
• Carrying out cleaning and hygiene routines.
• Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
• Conducting open house sessions and introductory tours for new members as needed, to give them a welcoming start at the gym.

About you
We are looking for someone with a completed upper secondary education who is handy and has an interest in machines and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and thrive working according to established routines and processes.

Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and you see long-term potential in your work with Fitness24Seven.

Requirements for the role:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is an advantage.
• A driver’s license (Category B) is an advantage.
• Since the role involves working alone and handling payments, you must be at least 18 years old.
• We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
