Job Responsibilities

I am a cheerful, lively, and curious guy in my 30s. I am immediately seeking more reliable personal assistants to join my wonderful group. Being my personal assistant means performing duties at my home, at my workplace, or during any of my leisure activities. I have multiple disabilities, which means I need support with many daily tasks, both day and night. I live in my own apartment in Fristad, where I enjoy listening to music, driving my car, and meeting my friends.

We are also looking for assistants for two other guys in their 30s who have hourly needs and require support with all care tasks. You should be responsible, and experience working with Electronic Personnel (EP) and using lifts is an advantage.

The care recipients live in Fristad.

Qualifications

To ensure we get along well, you need to be attentive, calm, and curious about me. I require full care support, and you must be able to work independently as I communicate through body language. It is important that you speak clearly so that I can understand you. I view it positively if you have previous experience working with individuals with functional variations, particularly in using distraction and structure. I appreciate it if you enjoy coming up with activities to do together.

About the Workplace

At Sjuhäradsbygdens Assistansservice AB, we have created opportunities for our care recipients for over 25 years. We are a group offering Personal Assistance and Daytime Activities. The group is owned by Sjuhäradsbygdens Handikappservice Economic Association. The association operates without economic ownership interests and reinvests any surplus back into the operations. Our focus is on enabling our care recipients to live active lives in community with others and participate in society.
