About the Role

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MCA Sweden, you will become a key part of our internal team in Gothenburg. You will work alongside an experienced TA specialist, supporting the business teams primarily with operational tasks, but also strategically in candidate management.

The role involves significant sourcing, meaning actively searching for, contacting, and building relationships with candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and other networks. You will build a strong candidate network and help us find and attract tech talent.

As you gain confidence, you will gradually take on more responsibility throughout the entire recruitment process, including conducting interviews, coaching candidates, enhancing the candidate experience, and refining our working methods.

A key part of the role is guiding candidates through the entire process and creating a professional and positive experience from the first contact to the signing of the contract.

In the long term, there is also an opportunity to specialize in areas that you find particularly interesting.

We would appreciate if you have:

• An education in HR, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing is a plus
• An interest in the tech industry is an advantage, but not a requirement

MCA Sweden is an international tech consultancy with its Swedish office in Gothenburg. Since our founding in 2013, we have grown to over 80 employees, and our plan is to continue growing. Internally, we are currently a team of 10 friendly and driven colleagues working together in bright offices near Heden.
