About the role

As a Site Manager, you have the overall responsibility for leading, coordinating, and developing the operation, which includes reception, facility-related services, and cleaning. Together, these form a central part of the total guest service assignment where quality, treatment, and a functioning everyday life are crucial.

The role is both operationally close and strategically developmental. You set the direction, prioritize, and ensure that working methods, services, and delivery continue to develop in line with the customer's needs – today and into the future.

The assignment includes:

  • Leading and developing the operation with a focus on reception, facilities, and cleaning
  • Ensuring a cohesive and professional guest service throughout the assignment
  • Driving the development of working methods, service concepts, and collaboration between functions
  • Actively working with customer dialogue and contributing to the long-term development of the business
  • Having budget and result responsibility as well as following up on quality and delivery

You have a clear mandate to influence, improve, and drive further development – always with service, quality, and business in balance.

You are the customer's obvious contact person and collaborate closely with both the client and internal support functions. You report to the Contract Manager and are part of a context where collaboration, business drive, and development are high on the agenda.

You are a development-oriented and forward-looking leader who is curious about how service, working methods, and delivery can be improved over time. You see the whole picture in the assignment and understand how reception, facilities, and cleaning together create a strong and cohesive guest experience.

As a person, you are secure and clear in your leadership, while also being unpretentious and close to the operation. You build trust through dialogue, are receptive to both the customer's and the employees' perspectives, and have an easy time creating engagement around common goals.

You are motivated by developing operations and people in parallel and thrive in a role where business, service, and quality go hand in hand. For you, it is obvious that good service in every detail contributes to both satisfied guests and a sustainable business.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

  • Previous experience leading a service operation with several parallel functions (e.g., reception, facilities, cleaning, or similar)
  • A few years of experience with budget and result responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious

  • Experience from Facility Management, hotels, restaurants, or other service-intensive operations

  • Probation period: 6 months
