CEO at Modul – Leading Growth and Profitable Production

Modul is a company that today works with products for the construction industry, plumbing, and electronics sectors, as well as solutions for furniture and interior design.

Modul offers services for construction, design, and prototyping. The company manufactures short or long series of customer-specific products, always with a special sensitivity to materials. Production takes place in Kalix. Modul is in an exciting phase where the company wants to strengthen its competitiveness through increased efficiency, quality, and customer focus – and now we are looking for you who want to lead this journey.

Your Mission

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's business, organization, and delivery. The role combines strategic leadership with operational presence in everyday work.

Examples of areas of responsibility:

• Lead and develop the company's strategy, goals, and business plan.
• Ensure efficient and stable production with a focus on quality, delivery, and working environment.
• Drive improvement work and efficiency (e.g., LEAN, productivity, process development).
• Develop the management team, culture, and organization.
• Responsible for financial results, follow-up, and reporting to the board/owners.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a secure and clear leader with strong drive and good business acumen. You are used to leading through others, creating structure, and getting things done.

We believe you have:

• Experience in a leadership role (CEO/Plant Manager/Production Manager/Operations/COO) within manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of industrial economics, production, and improvement work.
• Experience working with goals, KPIs, and follow-up.
• Ability to combine long-term vision with operational sharpness.
• Very good communication skills.
