Your mission – to lift the group to the next level

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the group's development, results, and strategic direction. You work closely with owners and the board, with a clear mandate to drive change, growth, and profitability.

You will not only lead; you will build further, develop, and challenge.

You are responsible for:

• Creating powerful growth through new business, customers, and markets
• Accelerating the group's business acumen and commercial focus
• Building a clear, efficient, and scalable structure for sales and marketing
• Ensuring strong profitability in both projects and service
• Developing the organization through active and present leadership
• Setting direction, creating pace, and following up with clear goals and KPIs
• Identifying and implementing strategic initiatives – including expansion and acquisitions

• Experience from electricity, power, installation, or related technical operations
