Do you want to take overall responsibility for a business within one of Northern Sweden's most established conglomerates? BDX is now looking for a Division Manager for Division Nord, a key role focused on business, strategy, and long-term development.

About the role

As the Division Manager for Division Nord, you have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and driving the division's business, with full P&L responsibility. You set the direction forward and ensure that strategy, goals, and business plans are implemented within the organization.

You lead through subordinate managers and have overarching responsibility for the management and follow-up of large, complex projects. The role involves close interaction with both customers and internal functions to create a profitable and sustainable operation.

You are part of the Group Executive Team and report directly to the CEO. In this role, you are expected to contribute to the Group's overall development, in addition to your own divisional responsibilities.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Drive and develop the division's business with a focus on growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for a 3–5 year horizon.
  • Lead, coach, and develop managers and the organization.
  • Ensure financial follow-up, calculations, and commercial decisions.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and collaborations.
  • Actively work with safety, working environment, and corporate culture.
  • Monitor market developments and adapt the business to changing conditions.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a confident and business-driven leader with experience in leading operations at a strategic level.

We believe you have:

  • Experience of P&L responsibility and leading through other managers.
  • A background in construction, industry, logistics, or related operations.
  • Experience in business development and strategic work.
  • Good familiarity with working on contracts, calculations, and complex business/projects.
  • The ability to create structure, clarity, and engagement within the organization.
