Do you want to be part of setting up a new depot and working closely with the customer in an ongoing project? We are looking for you who thrive in an operational role, are service-minded, and want to be involved from start-up to operation.
RAMIRENT is one of Europe's leading machine rental companies. We deliver machine and safety solutions to both the construction industry and other industries, with the goal of increasing safety and efficiency at worksites. Our customer centers are located throughout the country, from Kiruna in the north to Trelleborg in the south. Ramirent operates in nine countries (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland) and has been part of the Loxam Group since 2019, Europe's largest and the world's fourth-largest machine rental company. Ramirent's values are "Smooth Service with a Smile" – which means that we treat both customers and colleagues with respect, kindness, and engagement. You will become part of a workplace with a good atmosphere, strong cohesion, and good support from the organization. There is a strong focus on competence and development opportunities here, and your contributions are recognized.
As Customer Center Manager, you have overall responsibility for the customer center's operations. You lead the team, drive the business, and ensure high service, good profitability, and long-term customer relationships. The role is both strategic and operational, meaning you are expected to be present in daily life and contribute in various roles when the business requires it.
We are now recruiting for an exciting role based in Gällivare, where you will become part of the start-up of a new depot linked to a new project.
The work takes place on-site at the customer's location, which means you are in contact with the operations daily and contribute to ensuring that the delivery runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. The role therefore requires that you have a service-oriented approach and enjoy collaborating with both customers and colleagues.
Depending on when you can start, you will have the opportunity to be involved in different parts of the establishment of the depot – from start-up and structure to the business being fully operational. During this period, more colleagues will also be recruited, where you will become an important part of setting working methods, routines, and contributing to a strong team culture.
Job Responsibilities
In the role, you work operationally to ensure daily operations and contribute to a well-functioning depot business. This means that you:
- Work closely with the customer on-site and ensure a smooth and professional delivery
- Are involved in the start-up and development of the depot and its working methods
- Plan, coordinate, and follow up on daily work
- Have an ongoing dialogue with customers, colleagues, and other partners
- Contribute to structure, order, and quality in the business
- Are flexible and support where needed during the setup phase
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for you who thrive in a practical and business-close role where you get to take responsibility and help build something from scratch. You are a person who sees what needs to be done, takes initiative, and likes to get things to work in everyday life.
Since the work takes place on-site at the customer's location, it is important that you are service-minded, communicative, and professional in your approach. You find it easy to collaborate, build relationships, and contribute to a positive climate in the team.
You are structured and solution-oriented, but also flexible and confident in handling a day-to-day life where conditions may change – especially during a start-up phase.
Requirements for the position:
- Category B driver's license
- Experience from an operational role within, for example, construction, civil engineering, industry, or similar
- Good teamwork skills and a service mindset
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English
Merits:
- Experience working on-site at projects
- Experience in start-up or change work
- Habit of working structured in a dynamic environment
Selection and interviews may take place on an ongoing basis, so send in your application today!
