Are you a responsible person who enjoys working independently and prefers night shifts?

We are currently looking for staff for night shifts to support a four-year-old boy in Kallhäll. He is a happy and social boy with cerebral palsy (CP), breathing difficulties, epilepsy, and requires tube feeding. He lives with his family and their dog.

What does the job involve?

Monitoring breathing and assisting with various aids to facilitate breathing.
Tube feeding and medication administration via gastrostomy.
Maintenance of various assistive devices.
Monitoring and managing epileptic seizures.
Supervision and presence if the boy is awake.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who:

Is responsible and detail-oriented.
Can follow the established routines for his care and support.
Can adapt to working within a family setting.
Is experienced with night work.
Is attentive and responsive to the boy's needs.

Requirements

Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
Non-smoker.
Comfortable working in a home with a dog.
Capable of lifting children (the boy weighs just under 20 kg).
Ability to commute to and from Kallhäll.

Available Positions

We currently have one night position available. The shift hours are 21:00–07:00 every day of the week. The position averages 35 hours per week. The schedule is as follows:

Odd Weeks

Monday 21:00–07:00
Tuesday 21:00–07:00
Friday 21:00–07:00
Saturday 21:00–07:00
Sunday 21:00–07:00

Even Weeks

Wednesday 21:00–07:00
Thursday 21:00–07:00
