NyKraft is a privately owned company within the LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) providing personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal interaction, which is why most of our customers and employees are based in Falkenberg.

Our goal is to offer more personal personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you receive individual assistance designed together with the customer to meet their specific needs. The customer is involved in the recruitment process and in the final choice of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement.

About the position

We are looking for staff for a new case starting July 1, 2026. We are primarily seeking female applicants for 24-hour shifts, but we are also open to male applicants for shorter day shifts. For this customer, it is important that you are a calm person capable of working in a low-affective manner, as challenging situations may arise. As an assistant, you will be there to support the woman with personal care, meals, and various activities.

Start date: July 1, 2026

The woman needs help with structure in her daily life but can physically perform all tasks herself. You will be present as a social safety net, providing support during social contacts and situations. As an assistant, you will help the customer with all daily chores, assisting with hygiene and care. You need to be calm, flexible, positive, and able to adapt to another person's needs.

Your qualifications

• You are calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves receiving and giving instructions regarding the customer's care

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working as a personal assistant/caregiver in psychiatry
• Valid B-class driver's license

Language requirements: Swedish (Fluent)
