Vi Omsorg is now looking for personal assistants for our client who lives in central Mora. For the right person, we can offer a schedule of 65%. We are also looking for summer substitutes and hourly substitutes who want to step in when needed.

The work shifts are scheduled as 24-hour shifts with waiting time or a full-day shift, as the client has double assistance from morning to evening.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 50s who has acquired brain damage. He needs support in daily life regarding personal care, transfers, and daily as well as social activities in and outside the home.

The client enjoys participating in various activities, often together with us at Vi Omsorg. The activities can include everything from bowling and bingo to Thursday coffee breaks and walks. He also values taking a ride in his own car and enjoys these excursions.

We are looking for you who are calm, secure, and have a natural ability to create safety and trust in your work. You have a genuine interest in helping others and meet people with respect, care, and understanding. It is important that you are attuned to the client's needs and can handle different situations in a professional and calm manner.

We would like you to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as clear and secure communication is key in the work.

• Experience working in healthcare and social care, or alternatively education as an assistant nurse or equivalent education.

• Manual driver's license

Start date: As agreed, where we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with the collective agreement.

It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the Police's processing time may vary. In light of a legislative change from March 1, 2026, the register control is expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
