About the Position

At our facility in Luleå, you will become part of a team consisting of 13 employees. We have high trust among insurance companies and often take on damages that may seem impossible to repair, viewing it as a challenge to solve our customers' problems together. As we are a brand-independent workshop, you will work with several different types of vehicles. As a Damage Technician, your responsibilities include among other things:

• Repairing collision-damaged trucks, light trucks, buses, and motorhomes, including both bodywork and superstructures.
• Being creative and coming up with repair solutions.

We also focus on sharing knowledge with each other, both between us at the Luleå facility and our other workshops in Sweden. We encourage our employees to visit one of our other facilities to share what they know, but also to develop themselves and build their own competence. We are keen to help our employees develop – for example, if you have experience in painting, we are happy to train you further in sheet metal work.

We are looking for you who

• Have previous work experience such as Damage Technician, Painter, Sheet Metal Worker, or similar.
• Hold a Category B driver's license.
• Speak and write Swedish or English fluently.
