Your role with us

You will primarily work with individual psychotherapy within the framework of the Region Skåne's choice of care for psychotherapy. Work is conducted via referral and is characterized by high quality, continuity, and professional conduct.

In addition, you will also meet clients through our other contractual partners as well as private clients, providing variety in assignments and target groups.

There is also an opportunity to work with:

• supervision (individual and group)
• couple therapy
• crisis management
• educational initiatives

We are looking for someone who wants to work broadly – but with a clear anchoring in the psychodynamic perspective.

About the position

• Employment level 80%, with flexibility to adjust the extent based on agreement.
• Probation period of 6 months
• Start date by agreement
• Individual salary setting, collective agreement applies

Our clinic is centrally located in Kristianstad, with good commuting options.
