We are now looking for more hourly substitute personal assistants in Fisksätra

We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible personal assistants for our female client in Fisksätra. The client has suffered a stroke and needs support with many aspects of daily life.

The client prefers female assistants.

As a personal assistant, you will assist with personal care, household chores, accompany the client on activities, and handle tracheostomy and respiratory care. Shifts are scheduled throughout all hours of the day and night.

Part of the introduction includes two full days at Danderyd Hospital, where you will receive training in tracheostomy management.

We are looking for someone who can work flexibly, primarily day and evening shifts, both weekdays and weekends. Experience with awake night shifts is highly meritorious.

Previous experience within healthcare and social care is meritorious but not a requirement. You will receive the necessary training and introduction to feel confident in your tasks.

You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, to communicate and document correctly.

Requirements:

• Ability to work varying hours
• Speak Kurdish (Kurmanji)

Varying working hours, primarily day and evening, weekdays and weekends.

Scope:

3 hourly substitutes as needed, with the possibility of a fixed schedule later on.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, and meals
• Perform household chores
• Assist with transfers where lifting may be involved
• Handle tracheostomy
• Perform tracheostomy and respiratory care

Meritorious:

• Experience with tracheostomy
• Experience within healthcare and social care

Start date: Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
