About the Position

We are looking for you who are engaged, responsible, and passionate about children's development. You are a secure adult who, with care and pedagogical competence, creates good conditions for the children's learning and well-being.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a genuine commitment to children and their development
• Have knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and work structured with documentation
• Have experience using digital tools in pedagogical work
• Are proactive, flexible, and have an easy time collaborating
• Are confident in yourself and build good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians
