My name is Monica and I am 32 years old. I live in my own apartment in Svedmyra where I have 24/7 assistance. As a person, I am a cheerful, lively, and active woman who loves spending time with friends and family and doing fun activities in my free time. I have a great passion for food, love music and film, and have a special soft spot for Astrid Lindgren's films.

About you

I am looking for someone who is caring, patient, and possesses a fine sensitivity when it comes to understanding that you are assisting me in my life. You should be a woman with good physical fitness as some lifting is involved. You have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and confident in yourself. I need an assistant who is perceptive and attentive to what I need. An interest in cooking is a plus as I love food, but otherwise, all daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and my close personal needs are included.

You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

On-call Duties

This position includes an extended (and compensated) on-call duty assignment. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable at times other than working hours to either call in a substitute or step in yourself to assist when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans' way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The on-call duty is shared among all assistants who work according to a regular schedule.

The Position

The position involves varied working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will start as a hourly employee during the summer, covering available shifts, but after the summer, there is an opportunity for a parental leave replacement.

To be employed, you must present a valid ID, an extract from the police record, and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.

Introduction can begin immediately or as agreed.
