We are looking for you who want to be part of our work team, where your main focus is to create and run our operations focused on indoor gardening and creative making together with our participants. Since we work with people with disabilities, we are a workplace where different individuals have different needs for support in their daily lives. Here, we see you as someone who naturally notices and responds to care needs. This can include help with clothing, meal situations, preparing and clearing away work materials, and similar tasks. Care needs may arise, for example, in cases of epilepsy, toilet visits, and difficulties remembering daily routines.

You will:

• Assist with morning arrival and morning routines.
• Work as "café staff" during lunch, coffee breaks, and After Work.
• Work together with our participants and be responsible for keeping our premises clean and in top condition.
• Help our participants with daily hygiene.
• Take daily walks.
• Be a reliable support person.
• Organize and lead various activities during the week based on our kitchen and indoor gardening (watering, planting, cooking, baking).
• Assist with departure so that all our participants end their day in a safe and calm manner.

We work within gardening/growing and see daily activities as a platform for creation and contributing to a greener world. You will work in a team but need to be able to work independently. You should have a personal interest in what belongs to gardening and creative activities.

Mindme is a daily activity center for people with autism, intellectual disabilities, and other related diagnoses.

We are looking for you with a burning interest in the connection between health, humanity, nature, and technology. For us, social welfare goals are interconnected: Humanity, environment, participation, and equality. We work in projects and have a constantly developing operation. We take daily walks and can take several walks per day, year-round in all weather.

Your qualifications:

• You are warm, engaged, and structured, and have a positive attitude.
• Experience working with people with autism spectrum diagnosis/mild intellectual disability, preferably in operations run according to LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).
• Upper secondary or post-secondary education of two years or longer in a relevant field (e.g., care and nursing, child and youth care, social work, pedagogy, craft pedagogy, social pedagogy, youth leader).
• Computer literacy. Administrative tasks are included, e.g., documentation, attendance reports, creating image supports, etc.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

The work is person-intensive, and you need to be able to juggle multiple tasks. Calmness and structure are prerequisites. It is important that you can drive your work forward, see what needs to be done, and carry out every day with a clear thread. You also need to be able to administer tasks based on your role in relevant data systems.

A distinct sense of service is beneficial in all our relationships with relatives, taxi drivers, case workers, during excursions, and in all other contexts where we want to be present and spread a positive, solution-focused atmosphere. Having a good sense of humor is an important trait.
