As a person, I am a happy, lively, and active woman who loves spending time with friends and family and doing fun activities in my free time. I have a great passion for food, love music and film, and have a special love for Astrid Lindgren's films.

About you:

I am looking for someone who is caring, patient, and sensitive to the fact that you are assisting me in my life. You should be a woman with good physical fitness as the role involves some lifting. You have a sense of humor, are meticulous, calm, and confident in yourself. I need an assistant who is attentive and aware of my needs. An interest in cooking is a plus since I love food, but otherwise, all daily chores such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, and my personal care needs are included.

Requirements: You must be fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing.

On-call duties:

This position includes an extended (and compensated) on-call duty. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable at times other than your working hours to either call in a substitute or step in yourself to provide assistance when needed. This is Assistans i Balans's way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The on-call duty is shared among all assistants working according to a regular schedule.

The position:

The position involves varied working hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. You will start as an hourly employee with the possibility of permanent hours in the future. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, a certificate of good conduct (police record), and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
