Job Description:
You will help develop the pedagogical work at the after-school program in close collaboration with colleagues and students. Together with your work team, you create a safe and stimulating environment where students have the opportunity to develop both academically and personally, while being offered a meaningful leisure time.
You plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in accordance with the curriculum and other governing documents. The position also includes responsibility for music teaching.
The position is a 100% permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.
Qualifications:
We are looking for you who are a qualified primary school teacher for the after-school program with a focus on music. It is an advantage if you have experience working with children with neuropsychiatric disabilities (NP).
You have good insight into the school's governing documents and put them into practice. You have very good didactic and pedagogical skills and can independently organize and lead the pedagogical work to create safety, study peace, and a developing learning environment. You express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Bladins School is an independent school with long traditions, consisting of preschool, primary school, international school, and upper secondary school with a total of just over 1,600 students.
Approximately 840 students attend Bladins Primary School. Each grade consists of approximately 84 students divided into three groups. At our school, every student is seen, and we cherish our daily encounters with our students, where we are clear adult role models. We work purposefully to ensure that our students develop and feel secure with several adults. The school is located in premises at Själlandstorget in central Malmö.
